How an engagement runs
We start with a conversation. I learn your mission, current relationships, goals, and constraints. Then we agree on a focused scope, deliverables, and a timeline. Work can be project-based, remote, on site, or an advisory retainer. I stay close enough to make sure the plan gets used.

In their words
From the people in the room
What does a partnership strategy include?
It starts with the relationships you already have. We map your stakeholders, build a case for support, and plan how you'll engage donors and sponsors. You also get cultivation materials and a calendar with a simple way to track progress.
We're a small team. Will we be able to keep this going?
That's the point of the work. Implementation support is sized to what your team can carry forward, and I stay close enough to make sure the plan gets used.
Do you work with businesses as well as nonprofits?
Yes. I work with community-minded businesses on partnerships, and I mentor small and minority-owned businesses on strategy, leadership, and their next stage of growth.
